CLUB TRINITY FITNESS

 

Club Trinity Fitness is our membership option for Group Fitness. A Club Trinity Fitness Membership also includes full use of the gym.

We offer small class sizes of between 12 - 16 participants ensuring you’re not lost in the crowd. While we make every effort to maintain our class schedule, the schedule may change based on demand and instructor availability.

Yoga

A mostly Hatha style of yoga that will develop strength & flexibility while bringing attention to the breath to quiet the mind. Level 1 is for those new to yoga or wanting a gentler class. Level 2 is for those with previous yoga experience (60 mins)

Pilates            

Mat based Pilates to increase core strength, overall tone and flexibility (45 mins)

Pilates Plus     

Take Pilates to another level with light weights and resistance bands demanding an increased effort from muscles in your core to support the arms, chest, shoulders and back (45 mins)

Spin                

A super effective high intensity cycle session to blast calories & build lean muscle (45 mins)

Functional Fitness    

Fast paced full body circuit session. Burn calories, build cardiovascular fitness while increasing muscular strength and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels (45 mins)

Functional Core            

Bodyweight only class, challenging your stability, balance and core activation (45 mins)

Cardio Boxing           

The ultimate high-intensity interval training workout that works the entire body. In addition to boosting strength and fitness, boxing improves balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility (45 mins)

FUSION Strength & Tone        

This class will use bodyweight and light dumbbells to tone your whole body (45 mins)

FUSION Strength & Conditioning        

Combines resistance training with cardio, agility and power training (45 mins)

Push & Pump

This class uses weighted barbells to burn calories and tone and shape your whole body (45 mins)
